Q. I'd like to purchase a large amount of stock from you. Is there a limit?

A. No, we are happy for you to purchase as many items of our stock as you wish. If for whatever reason a item you want to purchase is out of stock or has a limited quantity dont worry. We have a regular Import service form all ride manufacturers.

Q. When will my spare parts be delivered?

​

A. All our goods are dispatched on a Next Day delivery service. Please note that orders made after 14:00 hrs may not be completed until the following morning. This depends on the days workload. Meaning in that case your goods will be with you within 2 working days of you making the order. 

Prior Notice of this will be given to you if you place an order after 14:00 hrs.

Q. Can I have my parts delivered on a Saturday?

​

A. If you wish for your spares to be delivered to your address on a Saturday there is an extra charge for this service. Please note Saturday deliveries are only up til 12:00 mid day.

Q. Can I track my Parcel?

​

A. If for whatever reason you need an update or know the location of your parcel as you are going out that day you can contact us and we will track the parcel using our in house courier system. 

Or if the courier attempted delivery but no one was in, you can contact us and we can supply your Local depots address and contact number for you to collect from there.

Q. Can I come to you in Warwick and collect my spares?

​

A. If you wish to collect spares from our premises you can do, but we do recommend giving us a call at least the day before you wish to visit us.

1. So we can tell you if the parts you require are in stock to save you a wasted journey and,

2. Be advised we do close earlier on Fridays depending on the days workload.

Q. Can I make an order for spares on your Facebook page?

​

A. At Amusement Park Spares we understand the growth of social media and the advantages of a business like ourselves showcasing our products and services on it. You can contact us for parts availability or a parts order on Facebook or our Instagram and Twitter pages. Using these social media pages means we are open to you the customers 24 hrs 7 days a week.

Q. Can I pay for my order using a card over the phone?

​

A. Yes, we do take card payments over the phone.  We take payments from Credit and Debit cards as well as PayPal.

​

Q. What time do you open?

​

A. We are open from 07:30 am til 16:30 pm Mon to Fri. Be advised Fridays we can close earlier depending on the days workload.
